This newly built home is in the South Beach gated community of Neskowin. It sits in a wooded area and is only a 4 to 5 block walk to the beach! The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. The bathroom has a lovely shower but no bathtub. There is a nice sectional couch in the living room, Roku Smart TV, Star Link and Wifi along with a fold out table and 4 stools. Nice kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove and it also has a dishwasher. There is even a propane burning firepit on the front deck! Bringing your dogs is an option with a fee. No smoking, vaping, motorhomes or RV's

    This rental is quite small, two bedrooms + bathroom, and a combined living/dining/kitchen space. It worked nicely for us, though! The living space is comfortable, using the large couches for eating or watching the TV. The kitchen is pretty minimally equipped - more knives and a larger supply of basic food stuff (salt, pepper, coffee) would have been nice. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and it's 5-10 minute walk to the beach, which is across the creek from the main part of Neskowin. We liked it enough to plan to return.
