This gorgeous three story home located in the heart of Neskowin village. Just steps from the beach (1/2 block).
First floor Foyer with nice large bench seats. The laundry room is located on this level with a full bathroom and access to the Hot Tub and outdoor shower.
Second floor has 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a nice sitting area or reading nook.
Bedroom #1: Queen bed with bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom)
Bedroom #2 Queen bed.
Bedroom #3 Bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom).
Bedroom #4 King.
Third floor Large kitchen with everything you need. Two dining tables, one seats 8 and the other seats 6. Perfect for adults and children. Three bar stools at the large kitchen island. Cozy living room with gas fireplace and a large TV. Sitting area with an abundance of books. Nice deck with chairs and a propane bbq.
Outdoor shower for washing off the sand and hot tub (seats 5-6).
House accommodates up to 12 guests max, 4 cars. No pets or smoking/vaping.
No RV's, Motorhomes or boats.

    We had a great time, and enjoyed the house so much. Below, Milwaukie is spelled with IE, not EE. There was no propane in the grill, nor was it clear that we had to provide that. Also the grill was very dirty. Frig needs work -- ice maker doesn't work and the veggie bins freeze what's inside. Could use a few more towels.

    Neskowin is a wonderful area. Always great to be there. House was a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately the hot tub was not ready for use for a couple days.

    We had family come from other states and this house was the perfect place for it. So much room and plenty of places to sleep.
