Access to the beach via community path through lush wetlands. 3 Queens, Queen Hide-a-bed. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and island with 2 bar stools. Slab granite countertops, professional stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats 8. Beautiful living room with gas fireplace, Smart TV, comfortable seating, VIEW, adjoining deck with gas BBQ. Master bath has jetted tub and separate shower, second bath has a tub/shower combination, 1/2 bath upstairs with laundry. Lower level living area with wet bar, comfortable seating, Smart TV/DVD, Stereo, Patio w/furniture. Same great ocean view as upper level. No smoking, but pets OK with fee. Accommodates 8 guests and 4 cars. This home has WiFi!
Rates:
Oct 1 - Mar 14 $225/night excluding all major holidays.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years $385/night and a 3 night minimum.
May 15 - Sept 30 $385/night excluding the 4th of July.
4th of July is a 3 night minimum $500/night

  We joined up with our daughter and her family, all from Illinois, to have a reunion on the Oregon Coast. It is a really nice beach house in a nice location; and had a lovely view of the ocean. My only problem is one most people wouldn't have; I did not know how the jacuzzi tub operated and would have liked instructions for it. Otherwise it was all we could have asked for. We've had several vacations in Neskowin and it was great to be back and share it with our extended family. I would definitely rent from Grey Fox again. The customer service is excellent!

  We enjoyed the time. The path to the beach is a great adventure. My granddaughter makes up characters along the wetlands. The only caveat is I worry about using too much water for the septic systems. We enjoy the different properties. We have rented via Grey Fox for many years and find the staff very helpful!   Five women friends enjoyed the incredible ocean view, walk down to the beach, incredibly well appointed kitchen and overall comfort of Townhome #173. Minor problem with batteries in sound system, and recycling would be good! Love to come back!

  We loved this property and the spectacular views! The property is very quiet, allowing us to fall to sleep to the sounds of the ocean, even though located up on the hill top. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the downstairs family area, with surround sound, was great for movie nights. Would stay again!! The septic water situation was a bit quirky, but not an issue as we had a small party. The beach, located about a 15 minute walk through the preserve, is lovely and quieter than the center of Neskowin. It was great for our dog!!

  Overall a good place. Several maintenance glitches made it less than optimal. Refrigerator died, fan in master bath dud not work, kitchen faucet leaked, dishwasher didn't work well and didn't drain. Also the light exploded in downstairs bathroom.

  The place is great! I was concerned that it is listed as a townhouse because we needed space for six adults, but it is actually half of a duplex. It was plenty big enough for all of us to gather, yet have individual privacy. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with all the tools and dishes you'd need. There are two living spaces with large screen tv's and a game console. The appliances are all new and the furniture is comfortable. The place is very clean, although there was a slight wet dog smell when we arrived. I opened a few windows and that took care of the smell. We were able to park cars in the large garage.
  
  The house is situated on a bluff overlooking the beach and the view is absolutely amazing. There are big windows and a deck to enjoy the view. There is a gas grill on the deck and it is large and clean.
  
  There is a neighborhood hike to the beach starting from just south of the house, then through the woods and wetlands. The trail is well marked and maintained but it could be a long hike for tired children or if you are carrying too much gear. At low tide, this is a great place to have the kids play as there are areas that have shallow water between the beach and sand bars.
  
  Once you get to the beach, you can hike north about 2 miles on the beach to tide pools or south about 2 miles to Neskowin town center. The entire Oregon coast is open to the public, so there are never crowds. You feel like you have the entire expanse to yourselves.
  
  We tried the local pizza place in Neskowin and it was delicious. The women went to Lincoln City just a short drive from the house for a pedicure.
