Master bedroom has a King bed with cable TV, master bathroom has jetted tub with separate shower, second bathroom has a shower only. Second bedroom has a Queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with island that seats 2. Dining table seats 4. Beautiful living room with gas fireplace, satellite TV/DVD and WiFi. Oceanview deck with hot tub, gas BBQ. No smoking and No pets. Accommodates 4 guests and 2 cars. There will be a $300 fine for any unauthorized pet and you will be asked to vacate the premises.

  Rental experience was good. Place is outstanding for view, condo furnishings and provisions, and nearby hikes and beachwalking. Beautiful place to relax in or return to. Its also in higher elevation above the tsunami zone area elevation.

  We have stayed in this beautiful townhome twice for a week or more. It has a great view and is very comfortable. The neighborhood has great paths through the woods and down to the beach. It is quiet and private, yet close to conveniences and tourist spots. Grey Fox Rentals is very helpful.

  We used to live in Neskowin and loved it. Our son’s family still lives here. So, we book this house every year. It’s our Christmas house. Grandma and the (now pretty well grown) grandchildren do the Christmas baking here, and we have Christmas dinner here as well.
  The house is always super clean. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of room for al the activity. The living room is spacious, has a great ocean view, and a cozy gas fireplace.
  This place is perfect for our family gathering. Our annual pilgrimage to the coast continues as we grow our memories in our Christmas house.

  The condo was in great shape and the view was spectacular. The hot tub was a bonus. The staff, particualrly Tammy was really helpful, friendly and encouraging. We had to get in our car to get anywhere. Otherwise the week went way too fast and we had a blast.
