#319 NESKOWIN RESORT OCEANFRONT 2 BEDROOM / 2 BATH CONDO Spacious Third-floor Oceanfront Condo with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Hawk Creek and Proposal Rock! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo. 2 Queen Beds. Full kitchen with everything except a dishwasher. Breakfast bar seats 2. Dining table seats 4. Cable TV with VCR/DVD Player. Additional TV/DVD in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has window seat and wonderful ocean view. Living room, Master Bedroom and Deck all have ocean views. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combination. There is a seasonal private bridge for easy beach access available mid May-mid September No smoking or pets. Accommodates up to 4 guests and 2 cars. Neskowin Resort offers a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ, and has a Coin-Op Laundry Room.

  family gathered for a time together.Sunset was outstanding. We could fix food in rooms or use nearby restaurant for meals. Pacific City's beach was super,also. Loved the bired at Neskowin.

  This cannot be beat for location and the view of Proposal Rock was amazing. Dungeness crab on the beach with the family, a store with basic needs, espresso drinks and a bakery/deli right there, a great restaurant and an ice cream truck. The property was dated, but was maintained well, only wish we could make it an annual trip!

  The view of the freshwater creek and the ocean was interesting, the access to the beach was great and the walking on the beach was interesting. However, this unit is on the third floor "no lift". The management staff was helpful with our luggage. One bed had a 4" topper that was WAY to soft. We took it off.

  What we did like:
  Beautiful view! (ocean side room)
  Beds were comfortable
  Kitchen was outdated, but clean.
  What we didn't like: carpets were very dirty, screens were torn so you couldn't keep windows open, had issues with the cable box - kept shutting off and doors stuck and were hard to open and close.
  For the most part this was a good place to stay, just a little expensive for the condition of the place.

  Great View but rugs in unit were beyond awful... making the unit really not rentable.
  Needs glassware and plates kitchen. Front door very hard to close and screens no picture window need to be replaced.
