#312 is an Ocean/beach front, 3rd (top) floor 1-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. 1 Queen in bedroom, plus 1 Queen hide-a-bed in living room, with plenty of bedding. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, but no dishwasher. Also includes dining for 4. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and hair dryers. There are binoculars to enjoy the ocean view and whale watching a little closer, cable TV/DVD combo and a second TV/DVD combo in the bedroom, along with a DVD library of movies (including kid’s movies), high speed WiFi and also an iron with small ironing board. There is even an electric fireplace so you can kick back and get cozy! There is a seasonal private beach access, onsite laundry, BBQ and onsite management. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean overlooking the beachfront, Proposal Rock and the creek all right out front and center. There are also beach chairs to take onto the beach to enjoy the sun and ocean from the sand. This room is also the perfect place to be while watching the sun set, or during the Stormy Season watching the storms from this cozy condo with the fireplace on! It has everything you need for the perfect getaway! This is a non smoking room and accommodates up to 4 guests.
RESORT AMENITIES and SURROUNDING AREA: The charming coastal village of Neskowin is on 7 miles of pristine secluded beach which is located at the North end of Cascade Head (where the famous Ghost Forest is) with a beautiful natural setting. Within easy walking distance, this friendly neighborhood feel coastal village is filled with quaint beach cottages, a general grocery store with a deli, 2 very nice restaurants, the Cafe on Hawk Creek, and the Beach Club Bistro/Wine bar/ Pub. 24 hour surveillance cameras, a common area outdoor BBQ, and the Neskowin Resort meeting room to rent for special events. There is also a Seasonal Farmers Market,and a seasonal nine-hole, 35 par golf course, with its charming clubhouse (that is right in town, less than 1/4 mile up the street). There are year round golf courses, restaurants, shopping at some of the many shops, and Casino in the nearby towns of Lincoln City, Salishan, and Pacific City (with surfing, Dory boats and the award winning Pelican Brew Pub), and Depoe Bay all just minutes away. There are also numerous hiking trails (including Cascade Head) Bike riding, launch your kayak through the bird estuary of Nestucca Bay, and seasonal horseback riding along with a variety of activities for everyone to do in and around the surrounding areas of Neskowin.   We come to Neskowin every summer and Neskowin Resort is our go to. Rental 312 is my favorite. Roomy, clean, well appointed.
