Cute third-floor Studio Condo with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and Proposal Rock! Queen bed and nice sunny window seat. Fully equipped kitchen with everything except a dishwasher. Cable TV with built-in DVD player. Kitchen table seats 2. Full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Nice deck with amazing views. There is a seasonal private bridge for easy beach access, mid May-mid September. Neskowin Resort offers a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ, and has a Coin-Op Laundry Room. No smoking or pets. Accommodates 2 guests and 1 car.

  The studio was clean and had a beautiful view of Proposal Rock. The bed was comfortable although the headboard is loose and makes noise even with small movements. The lamp on the entry table does not work, as there is no convenient outlet to plug it into. The room was overly warm, and although I turned the temperature control down to 55, I still had to open windows during the entire first night.
  The kitchen is adequately supplied although the two knives I found were quite dull. The microwave timer doesn't really work, so you need to track the timing yourself. The kitchen chairs were uncomfortable, and the lounge chair sank quite low, so additional cushions are needed. The bathroom area is good.
  I was never given the WiFi router name or password for the unit, although I was given other the password for other units. Therefore Wifi coverage was sporadic at best. There were three controls for the TV and DVD, with no directions for any of them to be found. I was not successful in getting the TV to operate, always getting a "no Signal."

  Excellent. People at front desk very helpful. Lisa helped me w tv and was very knowledgeable. I still had a problem and it would be helpful to have very SPECIFIC remotes and tv instructions in condo. Inventory of utensils needs to be done only 1 dinner knife. Only a few teaspoons. One of the keys didn’t work. Other key didn’t work so well but I was able to eventually get in to condo.

  Price was too high for quality of room. I can overlook at lot when staying on a budget but this was not budget pricing. For the price the room should have a bathroom fan, the shower head should not spray water all over, the toilet seat should not look disgusting. Will not be back.
