Cozy third-floor Oceanfront Studio Condo with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and Proposal Rock! 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen fold down couch . Efficiency kitchen complete with a 2-burner cooktop, under-counter refrigerator, small sink, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and toaster oven. Even a popcorn popper! Full bath with tub/shower combo. Cable TV with VCR/DVD player. Wall-mounted electric fireplace with remote. West-facing window seat. The deck has a grand third-floor vista. We love the Condo’s location just across from Proposal Rock right at the confluence of Neskowin Creek and Hawk Creek. Watch the creek flow across the beach to the Rock where the surf breaks on both sides. Look south to see the submerged forest when the tide is right. And with no deck above, it’s a great place from which to see the sky and stars. Use the binoculars to look for whales, seals, and eagles. There is a seasonal private bridge for easy beach access, mid May-mid September. Neskowin Resort offers a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ, and has a Coin-Op Laundry Room. No smoking but pets allowed with fee. Accommodates 4 guests and 1 car.

    The location can not be beat. It is incredible to be so close to wildlife. The ability to see bald eagles from the deck is spectacular. The ocean can be heard from the room and is a peaceful experience.
