Comfortable third-floor Condo with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Proposal Rock! 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo. 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Sofa-Bed. Full kitchen with under-counter refrigerator and everything except a dishwasher. Dining table seats 4. Kitchen counter seats two more on bar stools. Cable TV/DVD player and another TV in bedroom. Electric fireplace. Bathroom has tub/shower combination. Nice deck with amazing views. There is a seasonal private bridge for easy beach access, mid May-mid September. No smoking but pets okay with fee. Accommodates up to 4 guests and 1 car. Neskowin Resort offers a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ, and has a Coin-Op Laundry Room.

  Our stay was very comfortable and had amazing views with a large patio! Little bit of a walk to the beach but that’s great for the dogs. The pull out bed worked great for our nephew and was very easy to sneak back away during the day. Only suggestion is to provide a small broom or vacuum so guests can combat the sand or little spills on their own through the stay...especially if you allow dogs and children.

  Our family has been staying at Grey Fox for almost 20 years. The location is unparalleled. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. We appreciate bringing our dogs. The rates were reasonable and for many years, we received the third night free, which made it possible for us to visit on a regular basis. Since Covid, there is no more third night free. There is no Kleenex in the bathroom. There are many additional fees we never paid before, and an envelope for tipping the housekeeper. On our most recent visit, we had no hot water for the last night of our stay into the following morning. When I asked whether they would make an allowance for this, I was told it was not their policy, and I had signed away all my rights to such reimbursement when I checked in. It makes me sad. Grey Fox has always felt like a family getaway and now it just feels like another business. We will be rethinking any future stay.

  The overall condition of the room is outdated.
  The cable TV said no stations were available. So no TV for four days and the staff already knew about it and wouldn't fix it and still rented the room without telling us the problem. The bathroom door handle was very loose and the door wouldn't close properly. There was a large blood stain on the floor by the toilet that was not cleaned up from the cleaning person. The carpet is very old and stained. Not a good floor choice for a pet room.

  Always nice at the coast. I would have liked to have a better kitchen in the unit I rented - regular size refrigerator and more counter space. The location and view are great.

  The view from 301 was amazing! However, except for the couch, all the furniture was very dated and dirty, especially the carpet.
  The door on the microwave had a broken top hinge, so you had to be very aware when you used it.
  We were disappointed.

  We always enjoy our trips to Neskowin, folks at the office are great. The unit was nice, great view. We like to stay for a week or two. Fridge a little small for longer stays but no big deal. We almost bought a broom for the unit as I like to tidy up during our extended stays. Everything else was good for us.

  The views out the window of this condo is like no other. Enjoy the view of the whole beach, while looking for little fishies in the clear stream below. The bed and furniture is very comfortable. This condo is perfect for a couple and pets. Towels are high quality and plenty were provided. This is the only condo we will be renting now when travel to Neskowin.
