#212 NESKOWIN RESORT OCEANFRONT 1 BEDROOM / 2 BATH CONDO Nice second-floor Condo with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Proposal Rock! 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo. 1 Queen Bed in bedroom, 2 Queen Futons in living room. Small but equiped full kitchen has everything except a dishwasher. Keurig coffee maker. Full size fridge. Dining table seats 4. Cable TV with VCR/DVD player in living room and TV with VCR in bedroom. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. Nice deck with beautiful views. Seasonal private bridge for easy beach access, mid May-mid September. No smoking but dogs allowed with fee. Accommodates up to 6 guests and 2 cars. Neskowin Resort offers a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ, and has a Coin-Op Laundry Room.

  The unit has two huge fold-out couches that dominate the living room, leaving a big open space in the middle (which could use a coffee table) and squeezing the kitchen into a very tiny space. There is no room to cook or put things. The bed is a slab of memory foam on a hard base. The dresser was full of extra towels and only one drawer was available. The closet was full and unusable. This could be a great deal for 6 people who only need a place to sleep and admire the fabulous view. But it felt dysfunctional for two.

  Love the location (why we go). Bed was comfortable. But Unit 212 was not clean, esp kitchen & windows, not secure--no deadbolt, windows don't lock, TV instructions dated don't work, chair broken & dangerous, were not offered different room choice, staff unable/unwilling to do anything but offer smiles. Very disappointing. We have come there for years.

  The location and view from this room was fantastic. The room was clean and amenities were satisfactory. However, the power was out of the bedroom, for both outlets and lights for most of our stay. My mother could only see in the room by using the bathroom light. The dining room chairs were also quite unstable. While the management was very nice, and tried to fix the electrical issue, nothing was able to be changed. I would only recommend this room if the owner fixes the electrical and updates the very wobbly chairs.

  The living room was spacious enough for two sisters and a pup. Kitchen cramped but ok. Keurig not working, but drip pot did. NICE new frig. LOVED sitting on the porch facing Proposal rock, also wandering around Newskowin village, great flowered yards. TWO bathrooms was good also. Please get a real locksmith to redo the front door lock and keys!
