Beautiful second-floor Condo with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Proposal Rock! 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo. 1 Queen Bed. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. No dishwasher. Drop-leaf table seats 3. Flat screen Cable TV with built in DVD player in the living room and in the bedroom. Nice window seat. Electric fireplace. Ocean view deck. Bathroom has tub/shower combination. There is a seasonal private bridge for easy beach access, mid May-mid September. No smoking. Small/medium dogs considered with fee. Accommodates 2 adults and allows 1 car. Neskowin Resort offers a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ, and has a Coin-Op Laundry Room.   This unit was OK. It was clean, and all the dishes and cookware were clean. Some of the furniture was old but there was a new sleeper sofa but no bedding for it. The only closet was in the bedroom and it wasn't usable because it was full of musty bedding and smelled bad. The bedroom was on the side of the building facing Hwy. 101 so was noisy in the morning.The best part was the window seat and view. There is a restaurant nearby with decent pizza, and a store with a great deli section.If you have any questions, make sure you ask them before 5 pm, because that's when the office closes.

  The view was amazing! We woke up at 3 am and watched the Moonset behind Proposal Rock! Best visit ever.
  Never did figure out how to get a channel on the tv.
  The owners must really like to buy utensils but not like to take baths( a little crusty when looking up while trying to relax in a nice soothing muscle relaxing Epsom salt bath😳). And it’s ok to toss holes in blanket and spreads, the room looked very nice. And we loved staying there.and want to come back!!

  I've stayed in many condos at Neskowin Resort over the years and I highly recommend unit #210 because it is super comfortable and has been updated recently. The family really appreciated how clean and modern the unit was, and I loved the full kitchen including ample cookware. Best about Grey Fox is that each condo is different and you can see pictures to know what you are getting into. While ground level units offer premium beach access right out the door, unit #210 was fantastic and is right at the top of the middle stairs making moving in pretty darn easy.

  We recently stayed at the Neskowin Resort, Unit 210, and had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. The unit was a cozy home away from home for our long weekend. The bedroom was comfortable and warm! The TVs in the unit are smart models with all the apps, plus a good selection of cable channels. The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly everything you would need to prep and cook meals. Plus the market nearby has some really great last minute selections. The best part of this unit is the window seat overlooking the creeks, ocean, and rock! Just an amazing place to sit and take in all of the coastal dynamics.
  
  The only negatives: the shower door is not really functioning well and needs to be fixed to open and close smoothly and safely. Also, the couch in the main room is anything but comfortable and in my opinion should be replaced immediately. No one could enjoy sitting on it. Other than that, a really great unit.
