Neskowin is a great place to hike, let your kids play in the sand, and walk your dog on the beach! The Neskowin Golf Course is less than one mile away from the condo. Neskowin Resort is nestled at the north side of Cascade head, 10 miles north of Lincoln City and 30 miles south of Tillamook, in the quiet little beach town of Neskowin, Oregon. Located at the confluence of river and ocean, this spectacular setting is the perfect spot for family vacations, romantic getaways, storm watching or strolling the seven miles of secluded beach. Neskowin Resort offers seasonal private beach access, mid May-mid September. There is a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ and a Coin-Op Laundry Room. Local eateries and a store are also located a short walk away. No smoking but pets okay with fee. Accommodates up to 4 guests and 1 car.

  We celebrated our 50th Anniversary last weekend in #201 Neskowin Resort. The view is absolutely wonderful, the position of that unit is ideal with no one to your left so the views are even more unobstructed. It has a double wide sliding door to the deck, so it makes the view even better! The sofa and tv were fairly updated. Everything else screams for a makeover to bring it up to current styles, but everything was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent that unit again, our focus is on that gorgeous view to the outside, not the inside. The king bed was comfortable. Bedding could use an update too, but comfortable and a killer view from the bedroom too!

  This unit was perfect for our needs. Great view, quiet, clean, nicely stocked with kitchen accessories. Access to the beach in the winter and spring isn’t direct, but I love to walk. The only minor improvement would be the need for a bath mat. The store close by has coffee and delicious pastries as well as a good deli. We had a wonderful relaxing time walking often on the beach and through the neighborhood.

  We had such a wonderful time! The view was breathtaking - the pictures on the website don't do it justice. Because the entire wall was basically a window, you could see perfectly from anywhere in the room. Although the weather wasn't warm enough during our stay, there is a double sliding door that opens up the entire room to the covered deck. We may have just been lucky, but the design of the deck seemed to keep all rain off the windows so our view was never obscured. Other reviews mentioned the condition of the property in a way that did make us a bit nervous to book it. After staying here though, we wouldn't hesitate to come back. I think the sofa bed has been replaced because it seemed new and it looked different than the website picture. It was comfortable to sit on. We never used it as a bed. I was surprised that there was no WiFi to use my computer, but that may have been indicated somewhere and I just didn't notice. The Roku TV has every app you could want, so that was a pleasant surprise. The décor is a bit dated, but if you have realistic expectations, you shouldn't be disappointed. I was concerned about whether the bed would be comfortable. (My husband says I am too sensitive - think "Princess and the Pea".) It wasn't amazing but I also didn't have a backache for days after our stay. (That has happened elsewhere.) You should know that the king size bed appeared to be two twin beds pushed together. There must be a fairly substantial mattress topper because it wasn't that noticeable unless you ended up right in the middle. Your comfort level will probably depend on whether you tend to cuddle with your partner or sleep on your own side of the bed. (And as I mentioned, my husband didn't notice at all.) Finally, I am so grateful that we were able to bring our dog for a reasonable fee. We can't wait to come back!

  We enjoy each visit to this complex. Have stayed in a couple different units over the years. 201 works great for us. Pet friendly is a plus. We like extended stays 2-4 weeks. The unit meets our needs and the view is great.
  Only negative this trip was when we made our reservations the web site included getting the third night free. At the time of check in the policy had changed, we were not notified nor could they honor that policy.
  One office person was very helpful but another was no help whatsoever.
  Nevertheless we plan on returning and enjoy the complex.

  The resort location is great, but the room we stayed in 201 was a disappointment. It said it slept 4 with a hide a bed, but the hide a bed was so uncomfortable our kids climbed into the king bed with us, but that bed too was very uncomfortable. The sofa was small and uncomfortable it also has an unpleasant smell and lots of rips in it. It also was a loveseat so it only fit 2 people, but the room holds 4 so two of us had to sit on wood dining chairs if we wanted to sit down...not a very comfy evening experience. The entire room space was extremely dated, which I could overlook if it wasn’t so uncomfortable. The bathroom sink wasn’t siliconed to the countertop which caused it to leak under the cabinet, there was no overhead fan in the bathroom so the moister just stayed in there after a shower even with the window open and there was mold on the ceiling. I would recommend the resort for its location but not this room.

  The location and view is undescribable, waking up to proposal rock as your back drop was breathtaking. The place was clean and cozy. The large deck was perfect to sit outside and watch sunset, although a couple of comfortable deck chairs would be a nice enhancement. The sliders open all the way so a nice breeze and view. Our medium size dogs were so happy to be right on beach with a small running river/stream that surrounded the property for them to swim their hearts out before walking the beach. This was a last minute getaway and we lucked out, truly a beautiful trip. The Grey Fox rental was wonderful to work with, hospitality is what we felt, check in and out was so easy. We loved this spot of heaven
