Oceanfront Studio Condo on the ground floor with exclusive access to the beach using the seasonal bridge over the creek, mid May-mid September. Fantastic ocean view through the new sliding glass doors spanning the entire unit. California King Tempurpedic bed. Relaxing sofa. Large Plasma TV with DVD Player. 10 Meg High-Speed Wi-Fi! Table seats 2. Nice efficiency kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator and nu-wave hot plate for cooking. No oven. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Ocean view covered patio with grass courtyard. Neskowin Resort offers a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ, and has a Coin-Op Laundry Room. No smoking. Dogs okay with fee. Accommodates up to 2 guests and 1 car.

    Rented a first floor studio to accommodate my husband’s ADA needs. Pet friendly. Tiny but cleverly designed kitchenette that met our needs.
