Easy access to the seasonal bridge over the creek to the beach, bridge available mid May-mid September. 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sofa Bed. Kitchenette with everything except a dishwasher. Cable TV/DVD/VCR. Bathroom with tub/shower combination. Ocean view patio. Neskowin Resort offers a community BBQ area with a Propane BBQ, and has a Coin-Op Laundry Room. No smoking or pets. Accommodates up to 4 guests and 1 car.

    The room and accommodations were nice. was a little bummed that the walkway had been pulled up. I got this particular room because of the ramp location, it would have saved me a lot of steps to the beach as i cant walk very far.
    Ceiling fan in the room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in ayear. yuck And the dead bugs on the ceiling in the room . Another yuck. other than that , i'd stay there again. Maybe another room though.
    Been coming to Neskowin for a few years, love this area.

    Sweet little studio. I could walk right out over the bridge into the soft sand. I had my coffee every morning on the patio and listened to the ocean.
    Clean and well appointed.

    The Hawk Cafe and market are on the corner
    and had great food and service.

    I plan to return every summer.

    We love the location of this condo in the complex. Easiest access to the beach. Great views. It’s a studio so you have to be prepared for cozy accommodations if you’re a family. Only issue was the sinks and shower didn’t drain well. Overall a big thumbs up!

    Our party of 4 rented a studio room and a one bedroom room. Both rooms were clean, nicely stocked with dishes, utensils, basic cookware, range, sink and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the view out our windows were idyllic.
