Neskowin Village 7 bedroom, 4 full bathrooms. 1 King, 2 Queens, 15 twins. Downstairs first bedroom has a set of triple bunks and a daybed with a twin trundle, second bedroom has two twins, third bedroom has two twins, fourth bedroom has two sets of triple bunks. Large family room with TV, Ping Pong table and two full bathrooms with shower/tub combination. There is also a utility room with an extra refrigerator on the lower floor. Upstairs Master bedroom has an en sutie with separate tub shower. Second and Third bedrooms have Queen beds, there is one more full bathroom on this floor with tub/shower combo. Large living room with outstanding views of the Pacific Ocean. Nice flat screen TV, piano and wood burning fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped, kitchen island with 4 bar stools, table seats 8 with extra folding tables in the hall closets. Outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after enjoying time on the beach. Accommodates 16 guests, 7 cars (no parking on street side). No smoking and no pets allowed. This house now has WiFi! Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $300 fine and you will be asked to vacate the premises.

  Had a great time with family. The house itself can use some love. We have been staying there off and on since 2000. The living room furniture is worn and seen better days. Pretty sure the mattresses are original to the house, and it might be time to replace them. We care about the house and don’t want to see it fall into disrepair. That said, we love the house and location. It holds fond memories for us, and we plan to continue to rent it in the future.

  This was the perfect venue for our large (17 people)family gathering. Very relaxing with a commanding ocean view. The huge kitchen and dining room allowed everyone to dine in comfort without feeling the least bit cramped! Easy beach access and large living spaces left us all feeling pampered. Dealing with the management company was a delight!

  Overall our experience was very good. We had five families comprised of ten adults and eight kids, all well accommodated. I did notice a few maintenance-required items that I provided to Grey Fox to forward to the owner. None urgent. All in all a great visit and I would rent here again. Plus you can't beat the easy proximity to everything, and the unbeatable view.

  Everyone loved the large kitchen, the ability to let the kids watch videos down stairs, while the adults played board games upstairs. The rooms worked great for all of us. The family wants to spend time there again.

  Great experience with Grey Fox team in our rental property.
  House is large enough for all 16 of us. Clean. Ample parking. Decor is dated but we didn’t care because beach was awesome. (And the golf). Our 5th stay in this home and we are hopeful of many more.

  Enjoyed a family reunion. Plenty of room, close to the beach and many coastal attractions. Appreciated the washer/dryer, efficient dishwasher, other appliances, ample garbage bins and dishes.Kristina from Grey Fox was very helpful. Last time we stayed here was 10 years ago. Some furniture, downstairs windows and heating system seemed rather worn. Enjoyed trying to learn new radiant stove top. Always love Neskowin!
