Neskowin Village #67 is one of the original cabins of Neskowin! This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is within iron distance to the golf course and just over a block to the ocean. Master bedroom has a Double bed, Second bedroom has bunk bed with Double on bottom and Twin on top. Full bathroom with small shower only. Kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher). Small TV with cable, VCR and wood stove in the living room. Nice deck to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Accommodates 5 guests, 2 cars. No smoking. No pets. There will be a $300 fine for any unauthorized pet and you will be asked to vacate the premises.

  Was the perfect location for us. We needed to be within walking distance to the beach but needed a securely fenced yard because of a very active little 2-year-old grandson. This house fit those needs well. The yard had not been maintained and many of the plants were showing signs of neglect and lack of water. The house is old but was clean. The cute red chairs outside were not in good shape and one chair only lasted a single sitting and will need to be replaced. The decor is very busy but a cute beach and americana theme, take the time to appreciate each item individually. The location is great for people that want to walk to Beach, Golf, Ice Cream, Cafe and more. There are books to read and some VHS tapes, but the TV is very old and small, if you are planning on watching a game you might be disappointed. The shower door is very narrow and will not accommodate Plus sized folks. A number of light bulbs are in need of replacement and some of the lighting is odd with extension cords running to outlets that need to be plugged in to turn the lights on. House #67 worked for us and for our needs but it was not the house that made the vacation great, it was walking the beach and the neighborhood with our grandson that made it a memorable weekend in Neskowin OR.

  The house is perfect for a quick getaway. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is not. Blends into dining and living room but that's all you really need. Living room area is comfortable to kick back and read the paper. When the weather is nice the front patio is a nice place to hang out and say hi to all the neighbors.
