Oceanfront, 2 story home with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. This home has beautiful views of Proposal Rock and the Pacific Ocean. Beach access is just 1/2 block away. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a laundry room. Upstairs is the Master bedroom and bathroom and a ½ bath. Beautiful stone, wood burning fireplace, large sectional couch, 2 comfy chairs and TV in the living room with WiFi. Nice kitchen with island that seat 4, breakfast table that seats 4 and a dining table that can seat 8 to 10. Nice west facing deck with Charcoal BBQ (bring briquettes). This home is large enough for a couple of small families or even a few couples getting away for a few days! This house sleeps up to 10 people. No Smoking or Pets. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms Master bedroom (King) 2nd bedroom (Queen) 3rd bedroom (Queen) 4th bedroom (Queen) 5th bedroom (Twins x2) There is a $300 fine for any unauthorized pet and you will be asked to vacate the premises. NO RV's

  All was really great for our stay! The only thing that would be even better is a newer mattress in the master bedroom. Mattress looks to be about 50years old and feels like it too.

  We love our vacation every year in Neskowin. We have rented this house for the past 3 years and it is beautiful. There were a few issues this year. The BBQ is not operable. It needs to be replaced. I called to confirm that it was in working order before our stay and was told it was. It wasn't. It is rusted out and the grill is so dirty and rusty it is not safe to cook on. There were also lightbulbs missing in one of the downstairs bathrooms and in the upstairs bedroom. There were no extras in the closet so we ended up buying our own replacements. While it seems like no big deal, when you spend over $6,000.00 to rent a house for 7 nights there should be lightbulbs and a working grill.

  Our family of 12 rented this home and had a wonderful time here. The location is perfect - a view of the ocean from the deck and a path nearby that goes directly to the beach. The house was really clean, everything was updated, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were a nice size. Gray Fox was so easy to work with and I love that they have an office nearby if you need anything. We would highly recommend this home and booking with Gray Fox. We will definitely choose this home again when we return to Oregon!

  Can’t wait to go back to Neskowin and House #25! Our group of five friends had the best stay imaginable. There is nothing we would have changed about the house.
  
  With five bedrooms we all had our own space. Three of the rooms had ocean views and everyone said their bed was comfortable, even the smaller room with the twin beds. The views from the upper level of the house are truly breathtaking. We enjoyed time on the deck, had one meal on the large table and spent evenings before a crackling fire in the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.
  
  We took long walks on the beach, walked to the cafe and store and drove to excellent restaurants in the nearby towns. Neskowin is a gem, and the house can’t be beat. We’re all looking forward to our return trip next year.
