Neskowin Village Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath (showers only), laundry room and loft area with a spectacular view. Master bedroom upstairs has a King and a Twin. Downstairs second bedroom has a Double and the third bedroom has two twins. Full bathroom downstairs (shower only). Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Two bar stools and a small bistro table with two chairs in the kitchen, dining table seats 6. Cable TV/DVD. This house now has WiFi! Large deck off dining and living room with gorgeous views. No smoking but pets are allowed with fee. Accommodates 7 guests with room for 3 cars.

  This is our second time staying in this house. The location is perfect and the house checks a lot of boxes. The kitchen is very well stocked and suitable to do a lot of cooking. However, the knives are terribly dull and really need to be sharpened or replaced. The lighting in the kitchen is also very poor, especially after the sun goes down. There are no overhead lights and the under counter lights are only so helpful. It would be beneficial to add some type of overhead lighting for the kitchen. The rest of the house is great. It is dated, but clean and has everything you may need. We will stay here again (and will bring our own knives!).

  Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this home. The view of the ocean is incredible and access to the beach is close and easy, The beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well appointed. We loved our stay, even extended it by one night. I highly recommend this home!

  This was our second stay in this house. It's in serious need of upgrading, particularly the kitchen, but is well-stocked and has one of the best locations on the coast which make it worthwhile. Amazing views above all and only a few steps to the beach.

  Loved this location! The beach had a private feel and the ocean was right outside. Sitting and listening to the ocean and waves while feeling the ocean breeze was so relaxing and fulfilling. The restaurant and convenience store, about 1min away, had everything I needed to not have to drive somewhere further away. My dog loved the house and beach as well! Senior dogs may need some help getting up and down the rock stairs that lead to the beach, but it was not too difficult for my medium-sized senior dog. Thanks so much and I can't wait to return!

  This has an amazing location, comfortable beds and lots of kitchen things. It was however a disappointment that the livingroom, kitchen and eating area, as well as the upstairs bedroom has so little light! No overhead lighting, missing fixtures, 15 watt bulbs? Bring a headlamp to cook, to play a game, etc. Huge upstairs bedroom with a tiny lamp? Despite the beautiful view, it needs some thoughful attention to be comfortable.

  My husband and I stayed for a week in September in this home. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the oceanfront property very much. The house is dated but clean and the deck and huge windows offer great views of the beach. Grey Fox staff were friendly and helpful as usual. No issues but we use them because they have taken care of any issues efficiently in the past.

  My time there was awesome awesome view awesome house awesome interior. Clean has a great 70s look reminds me of the Brady Bunch house lol are usually rent the house across the street from the same company and always looked over at number 20 wishing I can rent that sometime and I finally got the opportunity and was not disappointed in one way! I plan on renting that again and inviting my family. It’s a great location super close to the beach great view very clean house adult friendly very relaxing. I’ve never had anything bad to say about the agency I always refer them to my friends when possible.
