Neskowin village cottage Newly Remodeled! 3 bedroom, 1 bath just a 1/2 block to the beach. Master bedroom has a Queen, second bedroom has a Queen and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with a Double on bottom and Double on top, one of the bunks also has a twin trundle. Cable TV/VCR/DVD and WiFi. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. New rock fireplace in the living room. Stackable washer and dryer. Enclosed deck with new picnic table and extra seating. Accommodates 8 guests and 3 cars. No smoking or pets. There will be a $300 fine for an unauthorized pet and you will be asked to vacate the property.

  Cute little 60’s retro house with fun decor. Only downside is single bathroom for 7 people, reminiscent of growing up with 2 adults and 4 kids in a one bath house, be prepared to stand in line! Great deck with gas fire and close to a good beach.

  The house and location are ideal and sleep a large family. My only complaint is that the bunk room has no heat and not only was a space heater not provided, we had to rummage through coldest looking for extra blankets. If you go in the winter, request extra for comfort.

  This was a cute bungalow, layout worked very well for my family and could accommodate even two families with young children. The location was great for us, only 1/2 block to the beach.
  
  The house was comfortable enough in terms of furniture and beds but was pretty dirty. The surface cleaning seemed adequate but it was clear that a deep cleaning had not been done in years - sticky blinds, dirty windows and sills, old chipped paint in some areas. The cupboards were stuffed with old food and food was left in fridge and freezer. The kitchen was reasonably stocked although the cupboards were full of redundant cookware, much of it not thoroughly cleaned. There was an absence of regular supplies - scrubber for dishes, light bulbs, screwdriver, scissors, notepad and pencil that would have been handy given that the nearby general store has very limited supplies.
  
  The newer bathroom and front deck were very nice and it was great to have lots of places to sit outside. It would have been nice to have somewhere to wipe feet and place shoes and coats.
