  Overall a good experience. great location on the beach and clean. However, there were a few shortcomings. In the bedrooms the smoke detectors flash every few minutes making sleep difficult. The bathroom off the kitchen has a slow drain. As did the shower in the bathroom in the en-suite with two twin beds.

  We rent in Neskowin a few times a year and this is one of our favorites! It is right on the beachfront with an amazing view. The kitchen, dining, living area is large as are the sleeping areas. Lots of room for friends and especially grandkids in the lower area. Do not hesitate to rent this 's a goody!

  Neat property, great location. On the beach, although direct beach access is limited to those that can climb down the rocks. Better access is about a block to the north. Plenty of space for out party of 8. Something not working with the TV's, but we did not intend to watch much TV.

  We loved the view of the ocean and Proposal rock! Kitchen well supplied with dishes and nice cooking pans and spices. Some beds comfortable but pillows too large and hard. Nice fireplace but not conveniently located to view it. Logs in garage but no kindling paper or lighter.

  Does it get any better than this? Ocean front, quaint town, kind locals, and perfect home. We’ve been coming to this house rental for several years and this was our best week yet. They have furnished it with new beds and updated carpet, combined with arriving to immaculate cleaning, making for a comfortable place to sleep. The floor plan is ideal for family outings with a large room to gather. And we even get to bring our pups along! We will keep coming back again and again! Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for our family to fill our buckets and create lasting memories together!

  The stay was okay but the aftermath was quite stressful. We have stayed there many times and have never been told we did something wrong. On this visit, based on the say of the cleaner, we were chastised for leaving everything in a mess. There was no list of what was expected of us. We were told there was dog hair everywhere. We were told this was a pet friendly rental and paid a pet fee. We even brought a vacuum and vacuumed the floor twice. This was not appreciated. We are told that we are " red listed". I feel grey fox over reacted based on. the cleaner who didn't like how much she had to do. a list of expectations upon leaving should be available

  We loved this house! You can’t beat the location and you certainly can’t beat the view. We had a great time here as a family of five. We had jumped. We played pool, we played ping-pong. We walked on the beach we had a few fires at night on the beach. We had nice dinner inside and a crab fest outside. It was great. We will come back for sure.

  The house was clean, although the screen door needs replacing, The master bath Jacuzzi tub leaks water when using, could invest in a new barbecue. Location is great as well as parking. Close beach access. Would definitely recommend.

  Enjoyed the location! The house was perfect size and layout for our group. Easy access to beach. the queen bed in the upstairs bedroom with two twin beds and a queen bed was uncomfortable and creaky. the pull out bed downstairs had a bar that was very uncomfortable.
