Neskowin South Beach 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Beautiful 3-level home just a block to the beach and Proposal rock. This house now has WiFi! The master bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom, shower and jacuzzi tub. King bed in the master, three bedrooms have Queen beds, plus a Queen hide-a-bed in the living room. Streaming TV, electric fireplace, lots of light. Two Dining tables seat up to 18 (with extensions). Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, side by side refrigerator. Large flatscreen TV/DVD with streaming in family room, living room and in the master bedroom also. Family room also has a foosball table. Laundry. Back deck has gas BBQ and deck furniture, there is a lovely old-fashioned front porch with rocking chairs. Full size Bocce ball court and large yard. Accommodates 10 guests, room for 4 cars. No smoking or pets.

  We love this house so much we came back a second year. It’s spacious and clean and has everything we need. It’s so close to the quiet Neskowin beach, and the bocce ball court makes for a great annual competition.

  This house saved us after a nightmare experience with Katie and her company 'High Style Vacation Homes" who rented us a property on Neskowin beach and then showed up onsite and told our family to leave claiming we had violated her terms and conditions by having a wedding. My sister had a license to host her wedding on the public beach and the property was not used for this purpose. There was no reasoning with her. She gave us ultimatums and turned on the burglar alarm making it impossible to be in the house. I called the police and they confirmed they would not remove us from the house (as she claimed) but she still refused to listen to reason. This house was cozy and quiet and the perfect place for us to recover from this traumatic experience. The person who helped us from Grey Fox was super friendly and helpful, another welcome contrast to my experience with Katie. We were lucky to be able to move suddenly to this home which was just a couple of a streets down from the "McMansion" at 49640 Surf Road. This home recommended. We missed having a view of the ocean, but did not miss the toxic energy on Surf Rd. Sorry to include so many details about another property, but perhaps it will serve as a cautionary tale to people looking into a stay at Neskowin. I receive great service from Grey Fox in contrast to having never been treated so poorly by High Style Vacation Homes which supposed supports luxury. Thank you for turning our family memories around by providing your beach house to us.

  This place was a mere 5 minute walk to the gorgeous exclusive half of the beach where the stumps can be found at low tide. Perfect for a weekend retreat. Check in was easy as was check out. This place was also equipped with a washer dryer, full kitchen, and windows that allowed us to let in the clean coastal breezes. The driveway accepts 3 cars max. Early risers get treated to deer that graze on the lawn. This felt like a perfect break from a busy work life.
