Neskowin Village Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage. Limited Ocean View (from upstairs bedroom). Privacy and easy beach access. Double bed downstairs and Queen bed upstairs. TV/VCR. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Table seats 4. Wooded lot and very nice porch/deck. Stack-able washer and dryer. No smoking or pets. There will be a $300 fine and you will be asked to vacate if you bring an unauthorized pet to this home. Accommodates up to 4 guests and 2 cars.

  adorable cottage, perfectly nestled on the beach. loved the Adironcack chairs beachside, the front deck and the privacy of the pines.
  Tho downstairs bed very uncomfortable, upstairs bed not positioned against wall and frame squeaked, knives dull, a bbq would be nice as well as wifi, would stay here again as super quaint in fabulous location.

  This house is charming with it's 60's decor (upstairs bathroom and dishes set are total throwbacks!) and incredible tucked away location just steps from the beach! You can hear the ocean from the upstairs bedroom and catch a glimpse, but their is a little overlook just steps from the porch where you can sit just and take in proposal rock and the gorgeous ocean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
