This is a ground floor unit on the west side of the building but there are stairs to get to it from the parking lot side. 1 Queen bed a bathroom with shower only. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Table seats 2. Wood burning fireplace, Internet TV with Wi-Fi! No cable. Covered patio on West side of the building.

  This is a very funky condo with many updates for kitchen and living room as well as needed supplies such as new sauce pans to replace old flaking teflon coated ones. The true value of this condo appreciated by ocean lovers is the view and accessibility to the beach. The ancient refrigerator is rusted on the side and leaks water. The complimentary fire logs were wet and unusable. Its location, cleanliness and cordial staff who tried to help with the limited resources it had, made it worthwhile.

  It stunk. The floors were rotting in the kitchen. the carpeting in bedroom was cut and unraveling. paint was peeling off of kitchen cabinets and doors. As soon as the sun came up we got the **** out of there after first night even though we paid for two nights it was so bad. Staff never contacted us why we left after 1st night. we will never stay there again

  This rental had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The bed was super comfortable, there was a beautiful ocean view, and the kitchenette allowed us to make coffee and bring snacks.
