This is a ground floor 2 bedroom condo with 1 King and 1 Queen. This condo also has the option to rent as a 1 bedroom for 1 or 2 people. 1 bathroom with a shower only. Wood burning fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher. Can be rented as a one bedroom with King bed. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Table seats 2 and breakfast bar seats 2 more. Living room has a sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace. Internet TV with WiFi. No cable
NO PETS ALLOWED. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $300 fine and you will be asked to vacate the premises.

  My sisters and I were delighted with our stay at The Chelan. The views of the crashing waves and coastline are amazing. Access to the beach was easy and the weather, in February, was bright and sunny!! We sat out on the patio and lawn enjoying the surf, people and dog watching. The condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful few days in Neskowin.

  We have been spending the 4th of July in Neskowin for the last decade. Last 4 years at The Chelan. The Chelan is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean and great location to both beach and village business area. The Chelan, everything great!
  
  It was unfortunate that the community sponsored fireworks were not on the 4th. It put a damper on a mostly wonderful experience. Although The Chelan does not put on the fireworks it is my wish that they use their standing in the community to influence such decisions in the future.

  We stayed four nights in unit #5 at the Chelan. Great weather, beach walks and strolling the village. Tillamook County power outage didn’t bother us-we were notified ahead of time and we planned accordingly. Appreciate the “heads up” from Grey Fox!

  We have stayed in Chelan 5 several times and it’s ideal for a cozy storm watching stay. Of course it’s great for sunny activities too! The king and queen bedrooms are comfortable, the shower/bathroom is updated and works well- I appreciate the portable bathroom heater on cold mornings! The kitchen is well appointed- the glassware is plentiful. The fireplace is the focal point, but the tv also has all the streaming services available. And - the view... the best.

  We stayed in Chelan #5 for 5 nights in mid-July. Nice unit, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed Neskowin as always! Beach and village walks, reading and visiting with our friends who stayed in another unit for a couple of nights.

  Condo is oceanfront with great views! Large stair boulders to climb to get on and off the beach (sadly my disabled sisters walking poles were stolen while there) but there is also a walk out beach access a block down the road. Farmer's market across the highway on Saturdays from 9-1. Property management group is helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with! There were a few maintenance and equipment issues, but Grey Fox and the property owner both responded quickly and effectively - great maintenance guys! The back yard area of the property is very public with the neighbors walking back and forth past our picture window and using our area's yard furniture and lawn, but we didn't mind and enjoyed visiting with them. We stayed here last year, this year, and will likely book again for next year! It is a wonderful retreat!!!
