This is a ground floor corner unit. Two bedrooms, One bath (shower only). King bed in the Master and 2 twins in the second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Table that seats 4 and breakfast bar that will seat 3. Beautiful rock fireplace, Internet TV and Wi-Fi. No cable. East patio to enjoy morning coffee and sunshine. Full Kitchen with dishwasher, wood burning fireplace, bathroom shower only. 2 bedroom with a King and two Twins. NO PETS ALLOWED! Anyone who brings an unauthorized pet will be fined $300 and asked to vacate the premises. NO RV'S

  We've stayed in this Chelan unit many times over the years. We love it. Sadly, it's showing a considerable amount of neglect by the owners. Broken microwave handle, cracked faucet porcelain knob, ratty, slippery area rug in the living room. The rental staff were very responsive - but the property needs some small investments.

  We spent two nights at Chelan #1 at the beginning of April. Location is awesome. Communication with Grey Fox worked well, as always! Weather was sunny and then changed to typical April rain and wind.

  We stayed in Chelan #1 for 10 days. Originally booked for 5 nights but extended due to the snow/ice in the Portland area and treacherous roads.
  Grey Fox was wonderful about prepping us with extra fire logs and towels prior to the anticipated weather and accommodating our extra nights.
  Looking forward to our next visit!

  Very nice view from first floor end unit. Clean! Large picture windows facing towards the beach and northwards along the beach towards Pacific City. Needs attention: 1. Windows were quite dirty the first couple of days, crew came by to clean; 2. Water damage evident on wall along viewing windows; 3. Harsh LED type lighting in front room; 4. Circuit breaker tripped when hair drier was used...outside CB box impacted by moisture/salt air.

  We had a lovely time with the ocean right there and lots of weather. Expected rain, got that and a lot of sun, great sunsets, great waves and stargazing.
  Very comfortable, well equipped and a FRONT yard!
  A bluray player would have been nice. Could not get the dvd player to work.

  Brought my 18 year old granddaughter here as a send off to college with her Grammy. First time we came together she was 3months old, and pure enjoyment each time in between. A delight to just walk out the door onto the beach, love to explore the quaint neighborhood,and walk minutes to a wide variety of good food. When we stay here, we are at peace.

  I rented this Condo for my son's family. This condo is on the NW corner, ground floor. It is light and well decorated, comfortable and nicely appointed. Ocean view. We gathered here for a number of meals (our 1 bedroom being too small and dark). Grey Fox was responsive - initially two of the burners on the stove did not work; one could be fixed; the other will need an electrician. I give this condo high marks.
